After swapping his bulb holders into my car the same lights one each side are still. One of these added features was led lighting within the tail light assembly. All of his rear lights work perfectly fine. The second generation bmw x3 f25 years 2011 2017 like many other bmw models added new style features to the high end mid size suv.
